Portfolio Engagement — Task Order Submission

For active Clarendon Portfolio Engagement Agreement clients. We will confirm receipt within one (1) business day.

Use this form to place a Rent Comparability Study or Other Valuation Task Order under your active Portfolio Engagement Agreement. Pricing is applied automatically based on your agreement tier. After Task Order acceptance and receipt of the first installment, our Appraisal Operations team will follow up directly to coordinate the inspection.

What happens next:

  • Confirmation of receipt within one (1) business day

  • Property and client conflict screening per Section 9 of the Agreement

  • Task Order acceptance with applicable Portfolio Rate and estimated delivery date

  • First installment invoice issued upon Task Order acceptance

  • Upon receipt of first installment, our Appraisal Operations team will email you to schedule the inspection and request property documentation through your dedicated SharePoint folder
