Clarendon today announced that its Clarendon Valuation Advisors unit has been added to MassHousing’s list of approved appraisers, eligible to perform all real estate appraisal functions. Clarendon Valuation Advisors offers a full range of affordable housing valuation products and services including:
- HUD Section 8 Rent Comparability Studies
- LIHTC Market Studies
- Rent Reasonableness Studies
- Flat Rent Studies
- Development Support
- Appraisals

ABOUT MASSHOUSING
MassHousing is an independent, quasi-public agency created in 1966 and charged with providing financing for affordable housing in Massachusetts. The Agency raises capital by selling bonds and lends the proceeds to low- and moderate-income homebuyers and homeowners, and to developers who build or preserve affordable and/or mixed-income rental housing. Clarendon has also been awarded contracts to provide Reviews of HUD Section 8 Rent Comparability Studies for the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan.
